I just wanted to drop a line to say thank you.
I recently played Silver Lake, the course in which I learn how to play golf with my father in the early 80's.
I have many memories at SLCC and coming back to play was something I was looking forward to. I
moved out of state and jumped at the chance to come back for a round when I was in town.
I played with cousins and friends and I was taken back by the excellent conditions of the course. The
staff was helpful, friendly and professional.
I almost forgot what a complete golfing experience was supposed to feel like, but Silver Lake
reminded me from the second I arrived until the moment I left.
It was good to be back home and I now know why my father picked Silver Lake to show me the love
of the game.
I am moving back to the Tinley-Orland area within a few weeks. Besides catching up with friends and
family I am looking forward to playing at Silver Lake as much as I can. It will be an honor for me to call it
